Applications

iFill 201

High-quality, bacteria and water-resistant tile grout with crack and shrinkage control

Product Description

iFill 201, a premium, polymer-modified, cement-based colored grouting mortar, is designed for decorative narrow joints. In powder form and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it ensures smooth, dense, and long-lasting grouts for tile joints up to 6 mm wide.

Applications

  • Pour the required water quantity (3.0±0.25 liters for 10 kg bag and 6.0±0.5 liters for 20 kg bag) of fresh, cool, clean water into a deep container.
  •  gradually add the bag’s contents.
  • Mix for two minutes, allow to stand for approximately 3 minutes, and then remix to achieve a uniform and lump-free mixture.
  • Use the mixed materials within their pot life.
  • Apply the Tile Grout using a rubber float, holding the float at a 45° angle, and applying downward pressure to ensure the joints are completely filled.
  • Remove excess material with the rubber float by skimming off diagonally from the tile surface.
  • Wait approximately 10 – 15 minutes or until the joint grouting mortar begins to stiffen.
  • Wipe the freshly grouted tiles clean with a damp sponge.
